Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.
